Tests Jev as a Ms. Pac-Man controller and documents why its reported ~650 ms latency misses real-time play.
David Madurzak paused the game while waiting for each response and removed those pauses from the footage. He estimates roughly 70 ms would be needed for normal real-time play.

Built a city with Jev, for Jevs. One Jev is the architect. Every house it places spawns Jevs who live there. Each of them asks the real Jev model what to do next: sleep, work, eat, wander. 79 Jevs, one API call per tick, ~350 ms, $0.009 total so far. Happiness 0/100, everyone
